January Safety Tips ► sponsored by WowWeb Design

When thinking about safety, I know each month has a theme or particular focus to remind us of things we don't normally do on a day to day basis, but are very important just the same.

As a example, I always know to change the batteries in our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors every January 1st and July 1st. Somehow, enough literature and commercials have sunk in over the years, that changing the batteries is just automatic.

I started wondering if there were any other January safety tips I should know about, and I found some interesting ones I would like to share with you. One or two you might be able to use, the others might come in handy the next time your playing Trivial Pursuit. Enjoy!
